Visitor parking registration
Instructions
Dear Resident of Klondike Crossing:
We trust you will agree, parking control is necessary for any residential
community. In order to improve the parking control system for both residents and their guests and to address the incidence of illegal and improper parking, the following policies have been implemented:
1- Due to the limited number of visitor parking spaces, unit owners, residents and tenants are prohibited from parking in visitors at all times. Vehicles registered to unit owners, residents and tenants parked in the visitor parking area will be ticketed.
2- All residents receiving guests, who intend to park their vehicle overnight or between the hours of 2 a.m. and 7 a.m., must register the guest's vehicle with "Parking Control.
